On Sunday, several of us depart for the Multifamily Executive Conference at the Bellagio in Las Vegas, Oct 4-6. The theme this year is “Place Your Bets – How Bright is the Future of Multifamily?” There is a lot of buzz about recovery in the multifamily industry, and valid reasons to be optimistic.
