President/CEO, The William Warren Group, Inc.
Bill is the founder of The William Warren Group, Inc. and its property management subsidiary, William Warren Properties, Inc., which includes 35 self storage facilities located in the western United States. In addition to leading the WWG team on all development and operational activities, Bill is very active with the various state and national self storage trade associations. He is a member and past director of the National Self Storage Association, a current board member and past president of the California Self Storage Association, and a member of Arizona Self Storage Association.
Bill holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
